alright i have this thing for you writers ok well baisicly your in the video gamer but their are rules for ex.
this is how the story has to start you or you and twofriends go to a carnival or festival thng and there is a ride with a rocket teleporter its was sopoused to be fake but theres a malfunction and it teleports you to whichever game you want. now you can change what you were doing/ how you got there even how the malfunction happened but you have to be in the rocket while it happened and so do your friends if you take any.
now the rules for when your in the game any questions of anything can be asked and i will explain more

mario world rules
you cannot beat Mario Luigi or any other hero when you get there and don't even try bowser
but you can help the hero or villain or villager
everyone has to act how they would in the games so no random crushes or yaoi/yuri unless it was in the game
power ups are lethal and can kill you if you use them you can only use power ups certain ways
mushrooms-either grow for short time or get faster and its random  
fire flowers-if you use this then you will burn to death from the inside out but you can use it like a flame thrower or plant it to shoot out anything in-front of you

zelda/links world
same as mario you cant beat the hero or villain
link wont talk much
you cant use the master sword correctly but you can use the other stuff link has like the bow&arrow
same as mario no yaoi/yuri unless its was in a game
again you can help either hero or villain or be a villager

metroid world
samus can't
you are in the army and can only use weapons against aliens but it wont always be effective but you can upgrade the weapon
you can stay or go rouge
you cannot use samus's suit ever

popstar
you cant kill kirby or any main character
you cant get any powers but you can have a weapon to kill enemies with

starfox
same as others
your only going to be a helper/fixer at first then you can go up from thier until you can go on missions

any other games that you want to go in ypu have to say what it is and ill explain the rules
